Chief Foulke released our 2018 annual report today stating in part, "2018 was challenging for our community, City of Middleton employees & the Police Department. While the response to the flooding & active shooter incident may be what many think about when they reflect on 2018, it is not how we want to be defined. I am very proud of our response to these two events, but I am most proud of the relationship we have with our community. While we will always strive to be competent in our tactical responses, it is our community engagement that we truly want to be competent in."
