At approximately 2:30 am this morning Clayton County Police responded to a double shooting at Attleboro Drive in Jonesboro.  Upon arrival they found a female outside shot in the leg and a male victim shot twice and deceased from his wounds inside the residence.

After an intensive investigation, Clayton County Police Homicide Detectives were able to identify Simon Smith Sayer as the shooter and obtained murder warrants for his arrest today.  Sheriff Victor Hill has now ordered Sayer placed #1 on his top ten most wanted and has tasked his elite Fugitive Squad to hunt Sayer and bring him to justice.

Sayer is described as a 19 year old black male with black hair, brown eyes, 5 foot 7 in height, weighing approximately 138 pounds.  If anyone has any information as to the whereabouts of Sayer, please contact the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4479.  Also feel free to use the Nixle tip line.
