Yesterday, Clayton County Police, Rivedale PD, and the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office teamed up to execute operation “Guardians Of Gotham to capture wanted fugitives in Clayton County.  18 fugitives were captured yesterday as a result of this joint effort.

When Deputies and Officers went looking for Antwon Adkins for failure to appear in court on assault charges, his roommate said he was not sure if Adkins was home or not.    As Deputies and Officers began search the house for Adkins they discovered scales and drugs in his room indicating that Adkins had decided to go into drug buisness.   Adkins was found hiding in the closet in his bedroom and was taken into custody without incident.

Adkins is now enjoying accommodations at the “Hill-ton” along with the 17 others who are learning how to face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
