SUMMARY:
Deputies from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station responded to the victim’s home for an anonymous Children and Family Services referral. The victim alleged the suspect, Corry Gene Feldman, sexually assaulted the victim from the years 2009 to 2017. Through the course of the investigation, detectives from the Morongo Basin Station recovered evidence leading to a warrant and arrest of Feldman. He was arrested for violation of PC 288(B)(1); Lewd Acts with a Child Under the Age or 14, and booked at the Morongo Basin Jail in lieu of $500,000.
Feldman is expected to be arraigned on Monday, May 6, 2019 in Morongo Superior Court.
