2019 National Night Out registration is now open! First 50 registrants receive a NNO2019 Baseball Cap!

The City of Fairfield invites you to participate in this year’s National Night Out Celebration. We utilize this event as a way to bring people together and have fun! Help us make 2019 the biggest National Night Out event in Fairfield's history!

Start organizing your neighborhood to participate in the 36th Annual National Night Out on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, from 5-9 p.m. Join Fairfield Police staff along with community organizations, neighborhood groups and City leaders in celebrating the 36th Annual National Night Out.

The typical way to participate in National Night Out is to organize a block or neighborhood party.  Many will organize barbecues or ice cream socials where neighbors share good food, laughter and updates on what is happening in the neighborhood.

National Night Out provides the opportunity for neighbors to get to know each other a little better and sends a strong message to criminals that our community will look out for each other by reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhood. Research shows that when neighbors know each other, neighborhoods are safer. Throughout the night, city staff will make visits to the registered parties where they will share information, network and answer questions that community members may have.

Registration is now open for Fairfield residents to register their neighborhood parties to participate in this year's event. You can register your event with the Fairfield Police Department at https://conta.cc/2HaXvq9. The registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on July 22, 2019 to be considered for a visit by the police department. The police department will make every attempt to attend registered parties.
