INCIDENT: Burglary
LOCATION: 12600 Block of 2nd St., Yucaipa
SUSPECT: Unknown, white or Hispanic male, thin build, shaved or close-cut hair
wearing black clothing
SUMMARY:
During the early morning hours of May 10, 2019, an unknown male forced entry into the victim's parked and locked Nissan sedan. The suspect attempted to steal the car but was not able to do so. The suspect was captured on video as he approached the vehicle and as he fled the scene. **Please note that the video was shortened to eliminate several minutes of footage where the suspect is off camera as he attempts to steal the car.
The suspect appears to be a white or Hispanic male with a thin build, shaved or close-cut hair and black clothing. If anyone can identify the male, you are asked to contact Deputy Lozano or the Detective Division at the Yucaipa Police Deparmtent at (909) 918-2305.
