BCSO is seeking assistance in identifying the above pictured individual or the vehicle  in  reference to a theft which occurred on 5-12-19 at 1650 hours. The unknown suspect stole a purse from the victim’s vehicle, while she was inside paying for gas at the Circle K, located at 114 Sea Island Pkwy, Lady’s Island, SC. The suspect was driving a dark colored SUV, possibly a Range Rover or Land Rover. He is a W/M in his mid to late 30’s, with a beard and was wearing a black shirt and white plaid shorts.
