INCIDENT: Sex Offender Registration Violation
LOCATION: 12300 block of 4th St, Yucaipa
SUSPECT: Marc Roys, age 52 a resident of Yucaipa
SUMMARY:
On May 14, 2019, detectives at the Yucaipa Station received information a local sex registrant, Marc Roys, was in violation of his sex offender registration terms and the terms of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS).
Detectives and members of the Yucaipa Station Multiple Enforcement Team contacted Roys at a residence in the 12600 block of 4th St and took him into custody without incident. Roys was arrested and booked into Central Detention Center for failing to register as a sex offender and PRCS violation. He is being held without bail.
