Narrative:
 
On June 7th 2019, Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Gang Unit concluded a month long narcotic investigation into Rigoberto Cacho, who was suspected of being involved in the sales of methamphetamine to residents in Ventura County.
 
Detectives conducted a traffic stop on Cacho near the intersection of Saviers Road and Pleasant Valley. Juan Morales Lopez and Sandra Zavala were also contacted with Cacho during the stop. Detectives executed a signed search warrant on Cacho, his vehicle and his residence, in the 1600 Block of Sonata Drive in the City of Oxnard. Detectives seized approximately a quarter-pound of methamphetamine, additional paraphernalia indicative of narcotic sales, and a firearm as a result of the search warrant service.
 
Cacho was booked into custody at the Ventura County Sheriff’s Main Jail facility for violations of HS 11550- Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, HS 11378 – Possession for Sale of a Controlled Substance, HS 11379(a) – Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sale. Cacho remains in custody with bail set at $300,000.
 
Lopez was booked into custody the Ventura County Sheriff’s Main Jail facility for violations of HS 11550- Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, HS 11378 – Possession for Sale of a Controlled Substance, HS 11379(a) – Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sale. Lopez remains in custody with bail set at $300,000.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Zavala was booked into custody the Ventura County Sheriff’s Main Jail facility for violations of HS 11550- Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and HS 11377 – Possession of Methamphetamine. Zavala was later released on her own recognizance.
