#8 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted Captured Today By Riverdale Police!

Calvin J. Millbrooks learned today that staying in Clayton County and being unable to control your emotions when you are on the Sheriff’s Top Ten Most wanted is not a good idea.

Earlier this afternoon, Calvin J. Millbrooks was taken into custody by the Riverdale Police Department on the charges of Obstruction, Disorderly Conduct, and Giving False Name/Date of Birth.  When officers made contact with Millbrooks at an apartment complex in Riverdale, Millbrooks was observed to be very belligerent, shouting and disrupting the peace.  These actions had, as a result, drawn a crowd of residents to the scene.  Upon being questioned, Millbrooks gave conflicting versions of his name and date of birth, giving the officers two different years in his date of birth and using the last name of “Powell.”  When officers moved to detain Millbrooks, he actively resisted arrest by pulling away from the officers.  However, Millbrooks was successfully taken into custody and brought to “The-Hill-ton.”

Millbrooks was wanted out of Clayton County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.  This charge stems from an incident which took place on July 13th, 2018, at a location in Riverdale.  Millbrooks was also wanted out of Clayton County for Battery-Family Violence and Pointing or Aiming Gun or Pistol at Another.  The incident for these charges took place on March 24th, 2019, at a location in Riverdale.

On July 13th, 2018, Calvin J. Millbrooks was involved in an altercation with a male victim and a female victim, inside the residence which Millbrooks shared with the victims.  During the course of the altercation, Millbrooks withdrew a black revolver and proceeded to chase the victims, brandishing the weapon.  The victims escaped out of the bedroom window of the residence and fled, while Millbrooks continued to pursue them.  The victims were able to make contact with law enforcement and met officers at a safe location.

On March 24th, 2019, Millbrooks was involved in another altercation with a male victim and a female victim, who is the mother of Millbrooks’ child.  The confrontation escalated, without justifiable reason, when Millbrooks pointed a firearm at the male victim.  Millbrooks also intentionally choked the female victim and grabbed her by her left arm, causing visible bruising.  Upon arrival of law enforcement, Millbrooks fled the scene.

Investigation into both incidents led the Riverdale Police Department to issue warrants for Millbrooks’ arrest.

Tonight, Millbrooks is enjoying luxurious accommodations at “The Hill-ton” where he is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
