On 06/13/2019, Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s West County Narcotic Street Team concluded a narcotic investigation into Oxnard resident Pablo Serrano who has been involved in the sales of methamphetamine and heroin to residents of Ventura County. The West County Street Team was assisted by the Sheriff’s East County Narcotic Team.
 
At approximately 3:30 pm, detectives detained Serrano during a traffic stop after he drove away from his residence located in the 300 Block of Canterbury Way in the city of Oxnard. Detectives then executed a narcotic search warrant on his person, vehicles and residence. During the search of the vehicles and residence detectives located and seized approximately 3.5 pounds of methamphetamine, a half-pound of a brown powder suspected to be heroin, and 4 grams of black tar heroin. Additionally, a large sum of cash was seized which was deemed to be narcotic proceeds along with paraphernalia indicative of narcotics sales.
 
Serrano was booked at the Ventura County Main Jail for possession of methamphetamine for the purposes of sales. His bail was set at $150,000 and his next scheduled court appearance is set for 6/26/19 at 1:30 pm in Court Room 12.
 
The West County Street Team is comprised of Narcotic Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office, the Oxnard Police Department, and the Port Hueneme Police Department.
