Homicide Detectives are investigating the deaths of a mother and daughter in their Twentynine Palms home on June 9th

SUSPECT: Unknown
VICTIMS: Linda Sayer, age 67, resident of Twentynine Palms
Sheila Sayer, age 48, resident of Twentynine Palms
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, June 9, 2019, at 10:23 p.m., deputies from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station and firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire Department responded to a residential fire in the 75600 block of Valle Vista Road in Twentynine Palms. Emergency fire personnel extinguished the fire and located two victims deceased inside the home.
Sheriff’s Homicide Detectives and Detectives from Bomb and Arson responded to the location to conduct the investigation. The autopsy confirmed the manner of death was homicide; however, investigators are not releasing details on how they were killed.
