Oakland, CA – The Oakland Police Department is requesting assistance from the media and the public in locating missing person, Ms. Theola Polk.
Ms. Polk was last seen on July 6, 2019, at her residence in the 1100 block of 64th Avenue.
Ms. Polk is a female African American, 71 years old, 5’5”, 146 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes and unknown clothing.
Ms. Polk is considered at risk due to suffering from high blood pressure and other medical conditions.
