Bike licensing will be available at Levitt Amp Concert Series & Brat Days. See schedule for details.

Licensing your bicycle is the best way to ensure that if your bike goes missing, that it can be returned to you.  Every year, the Sheboygan Police Department donates or destroys hundreds of bicycles that are recovered around the city because we can’t identify the owner.  Registering your bicycle with a bicycle license records important information about your bike, so in the event, it is stolen, it can be identified and returned to the owner.
To make licensing easier, we are continuing to place a licensing station at public events, as well as selling licenses at the Sheboygan Police Department every other Saturday throughout the summer.  Look for us at the Levitt Amp concert series on Thursday nights on City Green as well as at the upcoming Jaycee Bratwurst Day parade.
If you can’t make it to this week’s concert, check out our calendar of planned bicycle license sales.  Over the next month, we have sales taking place out in the community as well as at the Sheboygan Police Department.  Licenses are required for any bicycle kept in the City of Sheboygan that has wheel sizes over 20”.  Licenses are only $6.00 and are good for the life of the bicycle.
