At 2am this morning Clayton County Police and the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Sears at Southlake Mall to assist Morrow PD with a burglary in progress at that location.

Upon arrival two male suspects had fled the scene and a manhunt ensued which resulted in a K-9 apprehension by Clayton County Police of the first suspect.  The second subject who attempted to lay down in the wood line was located and taken into custody without incident. 

The two suspects were identified as Travon Lamonte Arnold who was also wanted out of Spaulding County for Aggravated Assault (VOP) and Zaraka  RIchardson.  Both men are now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known as “The Hill-ton”.
