BCSO is seeking assistance in identifying the above pictured individual in  reference to a Shoplifting, which occurred on 8-13-19 at 0629 hours at Parkers, 856 Sea Island Pkwy, St. Helena Island, SC. The unidentified male put items in his pocket and then paid for others and left the store.
