Detectives served a search warrant related to prostitution activity and arrested Mingli Jiang for pimping & pandering

SUSPECT: Mingli Jiang, 63 years old, resident of Chino Hills
VICTIM: Confidential - adult female, resident of Chino
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at approximately 1:00 PM, Chino Hills Station personnel served a search warrant investigating prostitution activity at a residence on the 4500 block of Torrey Pines Drive. During the service of the warrant two Asian female adults were contacted who implicated Mingli Jiang in pimping and pandering, as well as other evidence indicating Jiang was involved in the crimes. Mingli Jiang was transported to West Valley Detention Center and booked for pimping and pandering.
Two women were contacted in the home; one was found to be a victim and the other was residing in the home. Both women were offered assistance and released after the investigation was concluded.
