#1 On SHERIFF VICTOR HILL’S Top Ten Most Wanted For Shooting His Girlfriend Is Now In Custody At “The Hill-ton”
Within the 5am hour, Kenneth Hines wisely surrendered by walking into the Sheriff’s headquarters on Tara Blvd ending a two day manhunt.
Hines made #1 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted Thursday morning around 3:30 am when he was involved in an altercation with his live-in girlfriend and her daughter. During the course of the altercation, Hines shot his girlfriend in her upper chest with a .9mm handgun. Hines then turned the weapon on his girlfriend’s daughter, pointing the weapon in her face. Hines then fled the scene in a green 2001 Chevrolet Silverado. Hines’s girlfriend was transported to the hospital and remains in critical condition.
Hines is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known to all as “The Hill-ton”.
