The Serial Rapist is now enjoying a bed and breakfast suite at “The Hill-ton” thanks to the great detective work of the Clayton County Police Department.  After collaborating with serval law-enforcement agencies, the case was cracked with good old fashion police work of relentless detectives eliminating suspects and putting clues together which identified Kenneth Thomas Bowen as the man that raped several women over the last few years.  Clayton County Police also discovered that Bowen tried to join the ranks of law-enforcement and became a police recruit for the Clayton County Police Department, but was fired before he could complete the academy.

While Clayton County celebrates the capture of the serial rapist, rest assured, Bowen is not experiencing the same joy while practicing how to face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known to all as “The Hill-ton”.
