We have located a 3 year old Hispanic Female Child in the area of Old Redwood Hwy at Airport Blvd - She says her name is IDA.  She has a yellow shirt with pink and cats with sunglasses on it.  She is wearing a diaper.  She has black hair in a pony tail and pierced ears with gold earrings.  If you know where she lives and or have contact info on her parents please contact Sonoma County Sheriff Dispatch at (707) 565-2121.
