Deputy Involved Shooting On Phillips Drive In Forest Park. Avoid Area. SHERIFF VICTOR HILL 
There has been a deputy involved shooting that occurred on Phillips Drive following a vehicle pursuit for a suspect with multiple warrants for his arrest. No Deputies or Officers are injured. The suspect was hit once and is expected to survive. The area of of 5320 Phillips Drive has been shut down in both directions as an active crime scene. This area should be avoided if possible.
The investigation into this incident will be turned over in it’s entirety to the G.B.I. Any questions concerning the specifics of this Deputy involved shooting should be inquired to the G.B.I. only.
