VICTIM(S): Charles Wayne Stover, 82 years old male resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at 3:46 a.m, deputies from the Apple Valley Police Department responded to the 13000 block of Ivanpah Road, in Apple Valley to investigate a missing person report.
During the investigation, deputies learned Charles Stover left the residence between 12:00 a.m and 3:00 a.m, in a white 2002 Toyota Tacoma, bearing California license plate 6Y92744. Charles suffers from dementia and recently moved to the Victor Valley area. Charles is described as a white male adult, 5'11, 160 with brown hair and hazel eyes. Charles was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt and may be wearing a light blue jacket. Charles may be driving to Granada Hills in the Toyota Tacoma but his whereabouts are currently unknown.
