Violent Child Molester Taken Off Of The Streets Of Clayton County! SHERIFF VICTOR HILL

On June 15th, 2017, Paul Sherwood Lyle, Jr. was arrested on charges of Child Molestation and Sexual Battery Against a Child Under 16, in relation to an incident which took place on June 15th, 2016.  Lyle was given a total bond of $75,000.00 USD, which the subject posted on August 4th, 2017.  While out on bond, Lyle made contact with another minor, a 15-year-old, and convinced the minor to go to the home of the victim of the previous incident and attack them in an attempt to intimidate the witness.  This incident occurred on January 6th, 2020.

“NOT IN CLAYTON COUNTY”

The Clayton County District Attorney’s Office determined that they would not allow this action to go unpunished.  This action was in direct violation of a protection order that had been lodged against Lyle.  Warrants were obtained by the District Attorney’s Office for Aggravated Stalking and Influencing Witness.

Yesterday after the DA’s office contacted Sheriff Victor Hill about the warrants they took out for Lyle, he dispatched his elite Fugitive Squad to find him.  The Sheriff’s Office Elite Fugitive Squad, the Stalking Unit, along with the Clayton County DA’s Office took Lyle into custody at the corner of Creekwood and Doublegate Lane.  Lyle was apprehended while standing at an elementary school bus stop with no justifiable reason for being there.  It is to be noted that the subject was found to have a bottle of pink fingernail polish in his pocket. We can only speculate as to why.

Lyle’s pink finger nail polish was taken from him when he received his room at the world renown “Hill-ton”.  Lyle is now currently learning how to properly face the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
