Kenneth Reed made #2 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted from an incident that occurred on September 28, 2019, when he kicked in a door of a female victim and broke her jaw while she was pregnant, in front of her minor children.  Reed was wanted for Aggravated Battery, Cruelty to Children, and Criminal Trespass.

Reed was captured today at CLS Plasma on Cleveland Ave.  Upon pulling into the parking lot of CSL Plasma, Fugitive Investigators spotted Reed’s Green Dodge Caravan.  Investigators entered CSL Plasma and spotted Reed standing in line. Reed was quickly handcuffed and taken into custody without any incident. 

Reed is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now better known to all as “The Hill-ton”.
