Two suspects were arrested in a stolen vehicle; a third suspect is outstanding

SUSPECT: Bianca Madrid, 26-years-old of Whittier – In custody
Kaitlynn Rincon, 26-years-old of El Monte – In custody
Miguel Cardozo, 25-years-old of Covina – Outstanding
Summary:
On Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 10:22 pm, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Station responded to a report of a stolen Mercedes Benz E350. The vehicle was located parked outside of Macy’s, occupied by two adult females and an adult male. When deputies approached the vehicle, the male suspect, later identified as Miguel Cardozo, ran east across the freeway and was unable to be located. The two females remained in the vehicle and were identified as Bianca Madrid and Kaitlynn Rincon. Both Madrid and Rincon stated they just met Cardozo who offered to sell them a car and were about to test drive the vehicle when deputies arrived. Upon further investigation, deputies determined Madrid and Rincon arrived at the location in the vehicle with Cardozo.
Madrid and Rincon were taken into custody and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for possession of a stolen vehicle. Bail is set at $50,000.
