Landlines are down from Guerneville to Timber Cove and Annapolis. You may not be able to call 911 or Sheriff's dispatch (565-2121) in an emergency. Call 911 from a cell phone, use a friend's cell phone, or go to the nearest staffed fire station if you have an emergency.
