Sheridan, Jaquann, placed #1 on Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Top Ten Most Wanted.

On February 17, 2020, a Clayton County Sheriff’s Office deputy made contact with three subjects loitering in the parking lot of a gas station.  During the interaction with the three subjects, it was discovered that one of the subjects was wanted for a probation violation.  While the deputy was attempting to detain the wanted person, Jaquann Sheridan attack the deputy to try to stop him from arresting the wanted man.  The wanted person was captured, but Sheridan escaped.

Warrants were obtained for the arrest of Jaquann Sheridan for Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers by Use of Threats or Violence, Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers, and VGCSA-Marijuana Possession Less than 1 Ounce.  Sheridan is described as a black male with brown eyes and black hair, standing at a height of 5’5” and weighing approximately 115 pounds.  Sheridan is known to have a tattoo on his left arm of a scream mask.  

Villanueva, Misael Alvear, placed #2 on Clayton County Sheriff’s Office Top Ten Most Wanted.

On December 19, 2019 during a road safety check on the above date, Misael Alvear Villanueva was observed operating a black-in-color full-size truck by deputies with the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.  Villanueva was asked to pull ahead to the secondary checkpoint due to a strong odor of marijuana emitting from inside the truck.  Villanueva slowly pulled a few feet forward, then quickly accelerated toward one of the deputies, forcing the deputy to jump out of harm’s way to avoid being struck by the vehicle.  Villanueva fled the scene at a very high rate of speed.

Warrants were obtained by the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office for the arrest of Misael Alvear Villanueva for Aggravated Assault Against Peace Officer, Reckless Driving, Driving-Fleeing and Attempting to Elude, and Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers by Use of Threats or Violence.  Villanueva is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and black eyes, standing at a height of 5’8” and weighing approximately 190 pounds.  Villanueva is not known to have any tattoos or distinguishing marks. 

The Sheriff is incensed that these two criminals would assault his Deputies, and both of them are the top priority for capture by his elite Fugitive Squad.   Both Villanueva or Sheridan should be considered dangerous and if spotted 911 should be dialed immediately.  If you have any information concerning the whereabouts of Villanueva or Sheridan, please contact the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4479.
