Help Identify Organized Retail Theft Suspect 
On February 26th, 2020 at approximately 5:56 PM, the pictured male Suspect entered the Target, located at 51 Tierra Rejada Road, and committed a Shoplifting Violation. This Suspect may have committed similar violations at other Target locations throughout Ventura County.
