Fairfield Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Betty Easter 09/19/1947, black female adult weearing blk shirt/skirt. She has gray hair but last seen wearing a brown jaw length wig. She is 5'-07" and 180 lbs. Last seen in the 1700 blk of York St, Fairfield around 7pm on Feb 29th. MP suffers from dementia. She can recall her name but not her residence address. She does not have access to a vehicle and family does not believe she has monetary access. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Betty Easter, please call 911 or contact the police.
