SHERIFF VICTOR HILL Orders Two Of The I-285 Airport Tunnel Shutdown Racers/Drifters Placed On His Most Wanted List

Since the interstate drift stunt that shut down a portion of I-285 in the early hours on March 1, 2020, Clayton County Police Detectives have been working diligently to identify involved parties. Detectives have since identified and secured warrants for two of the most notorious drivers seen in the heavily popular videos circulating the internet.

Zachary Lewis (DOB: 07/11/1999) has been identified as the driver of the burgundy Dodge Charger with the blue under glow lights. The driver of the black Chevrolet Camaro has been identified as Isadore Harvey (DOB: 06/17/1998). Both driver’s vehicles can be seen doing donuts in the video scenes in the I-285 westbound tunnel, underneath the Airport runway.

Warrants have been taken for Lewis and Harvey for the following charges:

- Racing on highways or streets – OCGA 40-6-186

- Impeding traffic flow – OCGA 40-6-184

- Driving in circular or zigzag course aka “Laying drags” – OCGA 40-6-251

“I hope this sends a message to everyone involved in this stunt that if you come back to Clayton County, we are going to pick off one or two of you every time” said Sheriff Hill. The Sheriff went on to say that “when they saw themselves passing a sign entering Clayton County, they should have consider it a sign from above to act like they had some sense.”  Sheriff Victor Hill has now ordered his elite Fugitive Squad to bring in Lewis and Harvey before the weekend is over.
