The Town has received many calls about what is an essential service, what does "shelter-in-place" mean and who has an exemption from the Shelter-in-Place restrictions.  The Contra Costa County Health Department has published a document that answers many questions that people have posed.  Please take a few minutes to review it -- it is attached to this Nixle post.
