Orinda COVID-19 Update 
We continue to shelter in place, only leaving for the essentials except for outdoor exercise using the mandated 6 foot social distancing requirement. Keep in mind, Orinda only has one grocery store, which is Safeway. Safeway has set aside the early morning hours of 7 am – 9 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays for senior citizens and individuals in at risk groups. Let’s be mindful of those individuals who need the set aside time to safely shop and respect those hours. Please allow them the time they need to do their shopping in a safe environment.
We appreciate all the efforts the Orinda citizens have been making to stop the spread of COVID-19. Again, police, fire and EMS have not changed their schedules and are available 24/7.
