UPDATE - Missing Person has been located
Liansheng Chang, 70 year old male adult, was reported missing from the area of Fremont Bl and Ferry Ln. He was last seen walking in the area at 2:00 PM. He was wearing a black hat, blue jacket, and black pants. If you have any information, please contact Fremont Police.
