Advisory

Youth and Family Services Bureau

This is a stressful time for everyone, and we want to make sure everyone is taking care of themselves…Our hearts go out to everyone who is affected.

Did you know we have a unit of family therapists and case managers inside our police department and all of our services are free?

We know the outbreak of COVID-19 can be stressful, especially for youth and families, and we’re here to help. Even though our in-person services are limited, we still have someone answering the phone from 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday and we can help connect you to resources that are available.

We also offer phone/video sessions and face to face crisis sessions when needed. Youth ages 8 to 18 and their families typically qualify for our services, but we can help anyone get connected to the right resources.

If we can help make this time more manageable, please call us at 510-293-7048.

For life threatening emergencies dial 9-1-1.

To report a non-emergency situation call our dispatch at 510-293-7000.

For the COVID-19 Information Hotline call 510-583-4949.
