Detectives arrested Benny Parrish for the attempt murder of his wife;the victim is hospitalized in critical condition

INCIDENT: ATTEMPT MURDER
LOCATION: 7600 block of Outpost Rd., County area of Hesperia
SUSPECT: Benny Parrish, 43 years-old, resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 2:02 pm, deputies responded a 911 call in the 7600 block of Outpost Rd. in the county area of Hesperia. According to the caller someone had been stabbed at the residence.
When deputies arrived, they located a 31-year-old female victim with a gun shot wound to the head. She was airlifted to a local hospital where she underwent surgery and is listed in critical condition.
After a thorough investigation, the victim’s husband, Benny Parrish was arrested for attempt murder. He was booked at High Desert Detention Center where is being held in lieu of $1,000,000. bail.
