Early this morning, subject wanted in yesterday's Hilton Head domestic violence incident arrested in Rose Hill 
Yesterday, October 2, 2021, deputies responded to a report of domestic violence off Folly Field Road on Hilton Head Island.
Prior to the arrival of deputies, the male subject fled the scene in a vehicle.
Last night, deputies located the subject's vehicle abandoned in the equestrian side of Rose Hill and searched the area.
At approximately 3:00 a.m., deputies located the subject hiding in the garage of a vacant property.
The subject, 50-year-old Scott Brigden, was arrested and charged with Domestic Violence 2nd Degree.
Brigden was taken to the Beaufort County Detention Center, where, as of the time of this advisory, he remains incarcerated.
