Battery Suspect Sought Who Approached Elderly Women
BATTERY SUSPECT
North Hollywood area suspect approached elderly women.
On August 26, 2010 at about 11:30 AM, the suspect approached a 68-year-old woman as she sat in her car. The suspect began caressing her foot and leg causing her to fear for her safety.
On August 4, 2010 at about 8:20 AM, the suspect approached a 78-year-old woman offering her aid. The suspect became irate when she declined. The suspect wrapped his arms around her, kissed the right side of her neck and fled southbound on Fair Avenue.
On September 13, 2009 between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM, the suspect entered a 74 year old woman’s open front door and asked if she remembered him. He then attempted to give her a back rub and to kiss her. When the suspect tried to kiss her again, she asked him to leave.
The suspect was seen in a different vehicle during each crime: A 1990 red van, a newer model burgundy SUV and an orangish/red mountain bike.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30 to 40 years of age with short black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5’07” to 5”08” and weighs 150 to 155 lbs. He wore wire rimmed sunglasses.
