Hercules officers investigating a missing person report found Ricardo Sales, age 73, dead in his residence. 
On Saturday August 28 Hercules officers investigating a missing person report found Ricardo Sales, age 73, dead in his residence on Crepe Myrtle Drive in Hercules. Autopsy results confirmed that Mr. Sales was bludgeoned to death. Today, the Hercules Police Department obtained an arrest warrant for Efren Valdemoro, age 38, charging him with the murder of Mr. Sales. The bail amount is 1 million dollars. Valdemoro is a Filipino male, 5’7” and approximately 145 pounds. He was last seen driving a 2002 pearl white Cadillac Escalade, License plate #5SOA770.
