Starting in Sept. the outdoor tornado warning sirens will be sounded every Wed. at noon. 
Starting in September, the outdoor tornado warning sirens will be sounded every Wednesday at noon. This will be a change in practice. The sirens will not be sounded if there is a chance of inclement weather during the normal test period.
