On Friday August 20, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Robert E. Gerhke (m/w 46) of 540 Johnson St. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Speeding, Improper Use of a Registration Plate, Failure to Reduce Speed for Emergency Vehicles, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Aggravated Driving under the Influence of Alcohol, Alcohol Concentration in Breath Over 0.08, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon. Mr.Gerhke was transported to McHenry County Jail.

On Saturday August 28, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Gerald D. Lee (m/w 48) of 550 Telegraph St. #16 in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Speeding, Failure to Signal Turning left, Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Alcohol Concentration in Breath Over 0.08. Mr. Lee was released after posting bond.

On Tuesday August 31, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Jerry P. Sweat (m/w 46) of 349 W. Forest St. in Marengo for the alleged offenses, Disorderly Conduct and Two In State Warrants out of McHenry County. Mr. Sweat was released after posting bond.

On Wednesday September 1, 2010 the Marengo Police Department arrested Flora Bartolo-Cruz (f/w 46) of 416 3rd Ave. in Marengo for the alleged offense, Driving with a Non Valid Driver’s License. Ms. Bartolo-Cruz was released after posting bond.
