Keith J. Snyder, 32, of Chester was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on October 4th.

Robert J. McRae, 23, of Chester was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. He was also found to have an active warrant from the Town of Goshen. He was released to the Town of Goshen PD and is due to appear in the town court on October 19th.

Blake T. Barber, 45, of Wappinger Falls was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on $50 cash bail and is due to appear in the town court on October 4th.

Dawn M. Springer, 21, of Chester was charged with Possession of an Open Container of Alcoholic Beverage in Public, a town code violation. She was released on her own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on October 18th.

Brian C. Adamik, 27, of Greenwood Lake was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor. He was released on his own recognizance and is due to appear in the town court on October 10th.

Leudys A. Andujar, 22, of Middletown was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the fourth degree from the Town of Chester Court. He posted $125 bail and is due to appear in town court on October 4th.
