Van Police Department Awards and Van Night Basic Police Academy graduation, 9/24/10 @ 7pm Van ISD auditorium 
The guest speaker for this year's event will be Texas Ranger Lt. William (Tony) Bennie, Company B, Tyler, Texas.
The event will include Longview Police and Fire Color Guard, Rowlett Pipes and Drums, the East Texas Police Academy Graduation, and Van PD Police Officer Awards. We will also recognize current and former law enforcement, Veterans, city and county elected officials along with past Van PD police chiefs. The events will also include a law enforcement memorial service to honor fallen law enforcement officers.
Last year was a tremendous success and we look forward to seeing the support of our community again this year.
