Temporary No Parking Restriction and Street Closure RE: 31st Annual Mercersburg Townfest 
The Mayor of Mercersburg, the Honorable James C. Zeger issued Mayoral Proclamation 2010-03 declaring temporary parking regulations relating the 31st Annual Mercersburg Townfest, September 25, 2010. Pursuant to Mercersburg Ordinance 1-31, Article III, ยง 2 (a) and (b).
1. There shall be NO PARKING on the entire length of Seminary Street. That includes West Seminary Street extension by the Mercersburg Elementary School, All off West Seminary Street and all of East Seminary Street including Center Square from 5:00 p.m. on September 24, 2010 to 5:00 p.m. on September 25, 2010.
2. The above streets will also be closed to all traffic from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on September 25, 2010.
3. South Park Avenue, Main Street, Fayette Street, and Church Street, will be open to traffic.
4. Anyone in violation of these restrictions will be required to pay a fine of $25.00 and/or have their vehicle towed at their expense.
