* AT 840 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE
HEAVIEST RAIN HAD MOVED TOWARD THE COAST. HOWEVER...FLOODED ROADWAYS
AND PONDED WATER IN LOW LYING AREAS PERSIST. THE FLOOD WARNING HAS
THEREFORE BEEN EXTENDED.

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.
