On Sunday evening, officers from the TPD responded to a suspicious person call at a business on the south side of Town near the Industrial Park. The investigation led to the arrest of a white male from Villa Rica for multiple charges to include Conspiracy to Commit a Felony, Felony Theft by Taking, and Felony Criminal Damage to Property after evidence pointed out that the suspect had cut a hole in a security fence and removed locks from a trailer on the property.

This suspect would likely have been successful in his attempts at theft had the citizen not taken the time to call 911 when something "just didn't feel right".
