The Borough of Palmyra Halloween Parade is scheduled for Saturday October 30th at 6:45 pm. The Borough's curfew for Saturday October 30th & Sunday October 31st is 9pm. We would like to wish everyone a happy and safe Halloween. Please attempt to complete all trick or treating before dark. If you are out after dark please wear light colored clothing or something reflective that can be seen by motorists. All suspicious activity should be reported to police.
