The Victoria Elementary School is in lockdown - this does not involve schools in Chaska. Carver County Deputies pursued a traffic offender to the area of the Victoria Elementary School (Red Fox Drive and County Rd 11) and the driver, described only as a white male, is on foot. This is near the N/W border of Chaska. Contact the Carver County Dispatch, via 911, if you see anything suspicious in the area.
