Pretty in Painesville 2010 Winners
Painesville, Ohio – The Painesville Community Improvement Corporation (PCIC) recognized residents
and businesses in the City who contributed to the beauty of Painesville this year by taking pride in their
property through landscaping or exterior restoration, renovation or upgrading.
The winners were acknowledged publicly at the Painesville City Council Meeting held on November 1,
2010 by Recreation and Public Lands Director, Lee Homyock for PCIC. The residential winners
received $100 gift certificates.

PCIC is a group of volunteers made up of business owners, local residents and City workers. It was
formed in 1977 with the purpose of being active in the physical, social and economic revitalization of
the City of Painesville. PCIC sponsors or provides funding for a number of activities designed to serve
the community such as Spirit of the Season, held annually in December, featuring Santa Claus, Party in
the Park, and the annual Easter Egg Hunt in Veteran’s Park. For more information about PCIC please
