Greenwood Police Department is releasing the following details related to a sobriety checkpoint.
The checkpoint will be conducted on the weekend of November 19, 2010.
The purpose of the checkpoint is to deter and detect impaired drivers. Funding for the checkpoint will be provided by a grant from the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission.
