**Los Angeles Police Dept.** is currently involved in a police activity in **the 14022 Blk. of Foothill Blvd., San Fernando**.

On November 14th 2010 at approx. 6:30 AM while on routine patrol a San Fernando Police Officer was shot at while in his car in the 14000 Blvd. block of Foothill Blvd., in the City of San Fernando.
The suspect is described as a male hispanic 20 to 25 yrs. 5 foot 8 inches, 140 pounds. He was wearing a black beanie with a "NFL' logo in the front. He had on a plain black long sleeve shirt and black "Dickie" style pants. He is clean shaven.
The suspect fired one shot from a non descript handgun. The officer was not hit and is not injured. An intensive search is being conducted by the LAPD Swat and K-9 teams. They are being aided by the Burbank, San Fernando and General Services Police Departments.
